I have always enjoyed working with people; helping and serving alongside Veterans in Colorado, tutoring inner-city kids, volunteering as a client advocate at Care Pregnancy Center, recently being certified as a CASA (court appointed special advocate) for children in foster care, as well as doing mission work in Africa, Mexico and the Philippines. When I injured my back from a fall on the ice in 2006, I knew I didn't want to rely on muscle relaxers and pain medicine long term so I began a journey of pain management through learning about natural methods of healing through massage, chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, essential oils, exercise and nutrition. This journey led to healing and strength in my body and mind and even brought me closer to God.
In 2015 I went back to school to be a licensed Massage Therapist. I wanted a career that would bring physical and emotional healing in people’s lives, a career that would allow me to be a blessing to God and to others.
I use a combination of Swedish and Deep tissue massage incorporating hot stones and myofascial cupping when needed, so that you experience a deep relaxation and relief from the stresses of everyday life. I provide custom tailored massage based on what your body needs. Whether you are an athlete in training, putting in long hours in front of a computer, expecting a baby, or just living life to the fullest, I can help you achieve vitality and health through massage. I strongly believe that massage is not only a luxury, but also an important maintenance for the body, mind and soul.
